Nancy Gitlin is a certified Pilates Mat and Reformer instructor and master teacher with 46 years of experience in dance, fitness and movement education.Nancy creates Pilates classes that are effective, engaging and accessible, with an ability to make detailed movement concepts easy to understand. Her classes help participants develop strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness while enjoying the experience of movement. Nancy holds a BFA in Dance from the Boston Conservatory and is a former national fitness presenter and educator.She is the author of Frank Hatchett’s Jazz Dance, published by Human Kinetics, a leading publisher in fitness, dance and movement education.
